As Director of the UX Research Lab at Texas Tech University in 2016, I founded UX for the Public Good—an initiative that delivered enterprise-grade user research to NGOs and non-profits. This program was the foundation for my subsequent work optimizing user experiences across venture-backed startups and Fortune 500 companies, consistently delivering business value and real impact.
IoT for Animal Health
The Goal: Enable early interventions for ill animals through constant analysis of sensor data from barn machinery for feeding and watering
